Columbus Works is a transformative nonprofit organization committed to moving Central Ohioans out of poverty through sustainable employment. By providing trauma-informed job readiness training, brain science-based coaching, wraparound case management, and ongoing professional development, they equip individuals with the tools they need for long-term success in the workforce.
Seeking to better communicate their unique approach to fighting poverty, Columbus Works partnered with our team for a comprehensive consultation on their visual identity and communication strategies. Through a design thinking audit, we identified opportunities to clarify and amplify their message, ensuring it reflects the organization’s holistic, evidence-based approach to employment and empowerment.
Our team provided actionable recommendations to enhance the clarity and impact of Columbus Works’ messaging, offering creative solutions for more effective storytelling across their visual assets. By improving the organization’s visual language, Columbus Works is now better positioned to engage stakeholders, attract new partners, and continue its critical work in breaking the cycle of poverty in Central Ohio.
