Fresh Check Day

Fresh Check Day an initiative of the Jordan Porco Foundation, is a unique event designed to promote mental health awareness and suicide prevention on college campuses. Through interactive booths, a festive atmosphere, and engaging activities, the program provides students with valuable resources, coping strategies, and emotional well-being tools—all while fostering a stigma-free environment for open conversation about mental health.

To enhance the program's impact and reach, Fresh Check Day sought a refreshed brand identity that better aligned with its mission of empowering students to prioritize their mental wellness. Our team conducted a comprehensive consultation and design audit to assess the organization’s current branding and to define the visual direction that would resonate with its target audience.


A key component of this project was the redesign of the Fresh Check Day logo. The new logo is dynamic, approachable, and reflects the program’s focus on positivity, connection, and support. In addition to the logo redesign, we developed branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all communications and visual assets. We also provided strategic recommendations for social media messaging to help the program better engage with students and create a sense of community.

With these new brand elements in place, Fresh Check Day is now better positioned to continue reducing the stigma around mental health and inspire students to take proactive steps toward their emotional well-being.
